Welcome to TradeEdge ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using tradeedges.com, the TradeEdge web application, planned mobile/desktop applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may register directly or through supported third-party sign-in providers such as Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping connected accounts, devices, and credentials secure.
You may delete your account from within the Services where available. Account deletion removes active account data from the Services, subject to limited retention where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke or restrict your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Paid features may be offered through supported payment providers (such as Razorpay). Subscription availability, pricing, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds depend on the provider used for the purchase.
The Services may send account, security, trading, subscription, product, and service notifications where enabled. You can control notifications through your device or account settings.
Risk Disclosure: Trading involves significant risk and may result in the loss of all your invested capital. The Services are provided for informational, analytics, journaling, and software utility purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any trading decisions you make based on the information provided by the Services. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
TradeEdge does not hold, custody, or manage customer funds. Any balances, equity, trade history, performance metrics, or account data shown in the Services are provided for product functionality and analysis.
TradeEdge may provide account connection, import, analytics, journaling, or account syncing utilities that help users review, manage, or analyze trading activity.
Important: TradeEdge does not operate a marketplace for copying third-party traders, does not provide trading signals, and does not make discretionary trading decisions on your behalf. Any account syncing or automation utility is intended only for accounts you own or control.
TradeEdge does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not provide trading signals, recommendations, or strategies.
You acknowledge and agree that you remain solely responsible for all trading decisions, trade activity, and risk management across your connected accounts. TradeEdge does not make discretionary trading decisions on your behalf.
Connected account and trading utility features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that any feature will operate without interruption, error, delay, or defect. Technical issues such as delays, incorrect or incomplete imports, or disconnections may occur, and you accept full responsibility for any resulting losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeEdge and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from or related to the use of connected account features or the Services.
All content, features, and functionality on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of TradeEdge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may submit, import, create, upload, or save content such as trade history, imported files, journal notes, strategy notes, templates, tags, profile images, journal images, performance metrics, and other information you choose to provide ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, process, transmit, modify, display, and create technical derivatives of your User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall TradeEdge, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeEdge and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
